After months of hiding under a tarp, this octopus is back from rehab. It used to be a topiary frame filled with moss, but that didn't work out so well.

This bell was installed for the 1989 Washington Centennial. It has the message "Peace Through Trade" written in Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean and Russian. These are the major Pacific Rim trade countries.
