Someone else had a skatepark photo on their blog with a warning notice - although that one was about fines for not wearing helmets and other protective clothing - can't remember whose it was now.
Even though I can see where this message is coming from, it seems a little too hostile and unnecessary. To me it seems to convey the message: "Be on your best behavior or it will have serious consequences!" rather than a much more pleasant "Feel at home and have fun!". Essentially, both of those messages are aiming for the same thing: Naturally, you wouldn't vandalize your home, now would you?

A skate park? Neat idea.
It would be too bad if one or two individuals ruin it for the others.
Yup...I sure got that. I guess it makes everyone accountable for every one else's actions...or something like that. :-)
