Probably sealing them or refinishing them.
We had thunderstorms last night and lots of rain and lightening.
Awwww, looks like no tennis! :( I actually have not been to that park for ages/years.
Maybe are they going to be working on putting some new ones in? I like tennis, but am not that good at it.
