Somehow I haven't noticed your blog before. Port Angeles is a great town with spectacular surroundings. Been there a few times visiting the Olympics or for the ferry to/from Victoria.
Is IS hilly, isn't it? I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often.
How did the car get over on its top? I would think it would just stop at the end.
I am back from my self-imposed vacation.

The parking lot above is on a slope, so when then car started rolling back it just flipped over to the ground below. That car owner will have a funny story for the rest of their life!
