Wait, that's not Port Angeles! I recently visited Seattle and shot this photo from the ferry. Seattle is about 3 hours away (including a ferry ride), it's the largest city in Washington state.

Love the photo, miss our visits !! Wonder what the ferris wheel was part of ?
It is part of the Seattle skyline now, a ferris wheel like the London Eye. It's called the Seattle Great Wheel, they light it up for holidays and sporting events.
